Black Crow Coffee Co. Located in Old Northeast, you will walk into a quirky space filled with local art, happy people, and of course delicious coffee. If you have a tea lover in your group, make sure you recommend an artisanal tea.

There’s so much to do, so let’s break this down by category. But really, you can’t go wrong with any of these!
Catch a Rays Game This is perfect for families and people of all ages. Whether you are a baseball fan or not, catching a game at the Trop will hit a home run every time.
Kick it with the Rowdies If you’re a soccer fan, you don’t want to miss out on scoring tickets to a Rowdies game–they really live up to their name. Make sure you arrive early to get your face painted!
The Dali Museum The most well-known museum in St. Pete’s. Salvador Dali, an artist born in Catalonia, Spain will leave you entranced with his striking and bizarre images. If you love surrealism, expressionism, and more…you must spend an afternoon here.
Museum of Fine Arts Founded by Margaret Acheson Stuart, the museum was the first to open to the public in 1965. It reflects her vision of providing outstanding examples of world art in an inviting, elegant setting. If you visit, you will be near the waterfront, which checks another destination off your bucket list.
Foodies: The Best Restaurants
Hofbräuhaus Are you ready for a full German experience? Modeled after the legendary 400+ year-old Hofbräuhaus in Munich, Germany, you will enjoy everything from traditional schnitzels to sausages to the best Bolivarian snacks. The decorated beer hall hosts live entertainment and, of course, excellent German fare. You can’t go wrong here, especially if you fancy German beers.
Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant Seafood and tapas lovers, we know you are drooling right now. This restaurant is the perfect place to share memories and small plates. Pro Tip: Go on a Tuesday and enjoy Sangria starting at $5.00 and select tapas at $3.95. Buen Provecho!
Red Mesa Cantina Winner of Best Margarita in Tampa Bay 3 years in a row, Red Mesa Cantina brings you Mexican cuisine as you’ve never had before. They’ve got something for everyone on the menu from mescals to every type of taco you can think of. What’s our favorite part? Two words: tequila bar.
Best Breweries: Cheers!
3 Daughters Brewing 3 Daughters offers over 25 rotating taps with innovative craft beers, hard ciders, and hard seltzers. With games, brewery tours, live music, events, and food, there is always fun to be had. The brewery is family and pet-friendly but also has a 21+ area.
Green Bench Brewing Co. Known for absurdly good beer, Green Bench handcrafts their brews with local ingredients and always has something wild on their menu. With good vibes, live music, food, and a dog-friendly space, Green Bench needs to be on your list.
St. Pete Brewing Company The heart of St. Pete is where you’ll find this sensational brewery. Enjoy the sunshine as you sip on special, handcrafted beers. Bonus: they have a full menu and are also a dog-friendly venue.
Woof! Best Dog Parks
St. Pete, in general, is very dog-friendly, but if you are looking for an awesome experience for you and your pooch you need to check out The Dog Bar. And yes, there is actually a bar inside! Sit, stay, and play while having a brew and watching your pup get some exercise. You can even have your dog’s birthday party here! Now that’s something to bark about.
When the Sun Sets: Best Nightlife
The sun has set and you are frantically googling “best bars” as your friends are getting ready. Fear not, here are the top places to go when the sun goes down. From just drinks to just dance, here are some bars you should check out.
Beach Drive: Just Drinks
The Canopy at Birchwood Classified as a ‘New American Restaurant and Lounge,’ The Canopy has quite the menu. This rooftop lounge is a great place to relax with a signature cocktail and enjoy the night. Hint: don’t miss the 12-by-24 foot mural of the birch forest on the southern exterior of the wall!
Flute & Dram A great place to bring a group, Flute & Dram welcomes discerning champagne lovers and caviar aficionados. This is the perfect stopping-in or topping-off spot. Pop that bubbly!
Annata Wine Bar A must visit for wine lovers, Annata Wine Bar offers a rotating wine list featuring over 30 wines by the class. Their food menu is incredible as well, sourcing fresh ingredients from Bay area farms and suppliers. Wine not try it out!
First Ave: Just Dance
MacDinton’s Irish Pub and Restaurant A staple in Tampa and St. Pete, MacDinton’s is the area’s most popular Irish bar for happy hours, drink specials, live entertainment, and amazing nights out.
Mandarin Hide Carrying one of the largest inventories of spirits, there’s something on the menu for everyone. If you are looking for a unique experience with an eclectic vibe and music, this is your place! Pro tip: if you don’t find something you want to drink on their menu, they’ll handcraft a cocktail to your fancy!
Caddy’s On Central Sports fanatics welcome here! Okay, even if you aren’t into sports this place is great to meet your pals for a fun night. Equipped with a full food menu, outside patio, live music, and welcoming staff, how can you not have a great time?
Park & Rec Park & Rec is a local DTSP hangout, offering a fun atmosphere that’s part arcade, part sports bar. Though it’s not on First Ave., it’s a must-visit indoor/outdoor bar described as the “fun zone” filled with adult games and live music. Pro tip: check out the dress code rules before you go!
