UI/UX Designer
The UI/UX Designer role will be responsible for assisting the Product Team with our product, brand, and marketing initiatives. We’ll look to you to create visually inspiring, on-brand, and user-centered designs for our mobile and desktop apps, in addition to our marketing landing pages. You’ll be responsible for taking art direction from initial ideation through hand-off of pixel-perfect designs, all crafted for responsive web, iOS & Android devices. Responsibilities:
- Strive for and execute on pixel-perfect design while respecting and meeting pre-determined deadlines
- Breakdown complex obstacles and explore ways to delight users with tools that solve their problems efficiently and effectively
- Translate problems and new concepts into intuitive and clean UIs
- Quickly and thoroughly create wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- Stay up-to-date with technology and design trends, always striving for our platform to be modern and innovative
- Understand the value of design patterns, and help build and maintain a cohesive visual language
- Utilize research and best practices to construct and defend your ideas
- Effectively collaborate with other designers, engineers, product managers and business stakeholders, remotely and in person
- Explain you work to team members as well as C-level executives
- Ability to embrace feedback and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Gain insight through talking to users and strive to know the needs of our clients

- Understands interaction design and information architecture, and has experience developing wireframes and testing prototypes
- Strong communication and presentation skills that allow you to clearly communicate and defend design decisions clearly to anyone, regardless of their background
- 2-3 years experience designing web or mobile applications that real people use
- Degree in Design, Human-computer interaction, or equivalent work experience
- Expert level skill in Figma
