About the Role:
Are you passionate about building relationships and helping local businesses grow? As a Client Development Manager at UNATION, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll use your communication and networking skills to generate excitement about our platform, create positive first impressions, and set the stage for successful partnerships.
In this role, you’ll become an expert on UNATION’s platform and its value to local businesses. Your primary goal is to qualify incoming leads, create outreach strategies, and book introductory meetings with prospects. You’ll work closely with our Client Services team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification & Outreach:
Identify and qualify incoming leads using our CRM platform (PipeDrive) to determine the best approach for promoting UNATION’s services.
Conduct outreach via phone, Google Meet, and email to engage potential clients and schedule introductory meetings.
Client Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with local events and businesses in your assigned metros (Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville).
Educate prospects on the unique features of UNATION’s platform and how it can help them grow their business.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and track leads in PipeDrive, ensuring a thorough and organized pipeline.
Nurture relationships with qualified leads and maintain detailed records of all client interactions.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the Client Services team to identify and target businesses that align with the company’s content calendar and overall strategy.
Collaborate with team members to develop tailored outreach plans that address client needs and provide value.
Product Demonstrations & Campaign Support:
Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person product demos to showcase the value of UNATION’s platform.
Assist in the transition from lead generation to campaign execution, ensuring clients are excited about upcoming offerings.
Goal Achievement & Performance Monitoring:
Surpass KPIs related to lead qualification and meetings scheduled.
Proactively identify and address challenges to improve performance and meet team goals.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or client relationship management.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (PipeDrive experience preferred but not required).
Strong understanding of digital media and its application in business growth.
Ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate UNATION’s value to potential clients.
Strong presentation skills, with confidence in conducting virtual and in-person product demos.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, with enthusiasm for networking and supporting local businesses.
Organizational & Time Management Skills:
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and maintain a well-organized client pipeline.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and changing business needs.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Meet, Google Slides, and CRM software.
