PRO TIPS

Want to get there super early? Head over to Tailgaters, a game-day watering hole offering TVs and pool tables by a large lot with food trucks.
Don't mind walking a little further? Intuition Ale Works opens as early as noon so you can get your tailgate on in a brewery with an outdoor rooftop.
Looking for something smaller that opens even earlier? Manifest Distilling opens at 11 everyday its open (Wednesday-Saturday) and closes as late as midnight, so you can keep the party going!
After the game, you can head over the Decca Live's rooftop bar down the street from the stadium or Grape and Grain Exchange in San Marco!

BAG POLICY

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into stadiums, the Jaguars have implemented an NFL policy this year that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums. Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medically necessary items after proper inspection.

The Jaguars strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." (Official Jaguars team logo clear plastic tote bags will be available through Jaguars Pro Shop), or
No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag. The bag literally must be all clear.
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).
Logo can only be on one side of the bag.
Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.

Atlantic Self Storage lockers are available for use at Gate 1:

Small lockers are 11" wide x 6" tall x and 15" deep
Large lockers are 11" wide x 12.5" tall x 15" deep

PARKING

Arrive early to the EverBank Stadium! For minimal delays, arrive 3 hours before kickoff. For moderate delays, arrive 2 hours before kickoff. Anytime that's 1 hour and 30 minutes and less before kickoff will experience heavy delays.

Parking lots will typically open four (4) hours before commencement of the event (kickoff for Jaguars home games) and will close two (2) hours after the end of each game or event at EverBank Stadium (the "Stadium"). Parking lot hours of operation are subject to change in the Jaguars' sole discretion.
Your parking pass must be scanned upon entry to your assigned parking lot. Vehicles parking in invalid lots are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's sole expense.
The license to use the parking lots applies only to the game noted on the front of the parking pass.
Use of your parking pass is subject to the terms on the reverse there of
Each parking pass entitles the user to one (1) parking space in the specified lot.
Portable toilets are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots.
Trash receptacles are located throughout the Sports Complex parking lots and near the entrances to the Stadium. Please bag and dispose of your trash to make it safer for vehicles exiting the parking lots after the game or other event at the Stadium.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Prohibited items include, without limitation:

All bags with the exception of a 4.5" x 6.5" or smaller clutch, wallet or clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than six inches
Clothing with profane or obscene language/content
Coolers or containers, including cans, cups (except 2021 stadium souvenir cup series)
Bottles and beverages from outside the stadium (except 1 factory sealed plastic bottle of water 16.9 oz or less per ticket holder)
Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
Inflatables, loungers and other floatation devices
Knives, guns and any type of weapons (including actual, toy or replica) or explosives
Laser pointers
Laptop computers
Noise makers, whistles, and air horns
Non-lethal weapons and chemical agents (i.e., pepper spray, mace and tasers)
Pets (except service animals)
Seat cushions
Signs or Banners larger than 2' x 3' (see BANNER POLICY for additional information)
Sticks or poles (including selfie sticks)
Strollers or Infant carriers
Tobacco Products (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chewing tobacco)
Umbrellas
Video equipment and tape recorders

TAILGATING

DIRECTED PARKING. All vehicles must park at the direction of personnel.
ONE CAR=ONE SPACE: Please be considerate of your fellow ticket holders and fans. Tailgating is limited to the lined parking space and the area directly behind or in front of each vehicle. Blocking the drive lane is prohibited. Tailgating is also permitted on the medians that separate the parking lots and the parking lots from the roadways but not in spaces for physical distancing. The one permit one parking space policy will be strictly enforced. Unmarked lots must follow the spacing directions of parking staff.
You must keep all tables, chairs, coolers, barbecues, etc. within the parking stall of your party. Tents or canopies exceeding 8' x 8' footprint and vehicles measuring more than 18' in length and/or 8' in width are not permitted to park in a lined parking space.
Sound systems must not produce excessive sound as determined by Jaguars or the parking management company in their sole discretion.
Drive aisles and fire lanes must be kept clear at all times for emergency vehicle access.
Ticket holders should cross roadways at the designated crosswalks and should NOT walk on the active roadways that lead to and from the Sports Complex.
When attending a Jaguars game at the Stadium, you are required to follow the Jaguars Fan Code of Conduct. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and potential loss of season ticket privileges or other privileges for future games.
The Stadium parking lots and garages are speciﬁcally for the use of the patrons who are entering the Stadium. Individuals utilizing lots or garages for any other purpose or who, in the opinion of parking management, are disturbing other patrons, loitering or failing to enter or exit the lot in a timely manner may be asked to vacate the premises.
No loitering, open ﬁres, or any related activity is permitted in any parking lot or garage.
Neither the Jaguars nor parking management will be responsible for, or assume liability arising from ﬁre, theft, damage to, or loss of, the vehicle or any article left therein while on the Stadium parking lot.
Parking management reserves the right to direct you to park your vehicle in another lot than the one specified on your parking pass.
Please drink responsibly before the game or event at the Stadium as guests who appear to be impaired in the Jaguars' sole discretion may not be permitted to enter the Stadium.
Remember the NFL Clear Bag Policy that limits clear bags to 12" x 6" x 12" and nonclear bags to 4.5" x 6.5".
Please lock your vehicle and secure all prohibited bags in your vehicle.
All tailgating in stadium-controlled parking lots is prohibited throughout the game.

The following items and actions are prohibited from the Sports Complex parking lots:

Drones, model aircraft, kites, any other remote-controlled or tethered flying objects
Weapons of any kind
Fireworks
Solicitation of any kind
Selling access to a tailgate party to members of the general public either in advance of or on the day of an event
Selling products or merchandise
Banners or signage advertising and/or recognizing businesses or products
Placing flyers/brochures on vehicles
Ball playing in the parking lots and roadways

SMOKING POLICY

All tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) are prohibited. No guest re-entry will be permitted.

REQUESTING ASSISTANCE

For assistance while at EverBank Stadium, you may text 904-633-6400 with a brief description of your request or visit the nearest Guest Services Booth.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

All Jaguars-controlled stadium lots (inclusive of accessible parking spots for those needing reasonable accommodations) are sold in advance on a full-season basis. Contact the Jaguars ticket office at (904) 633-2000 for single-game availability.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Should a guest need access to a wheelchair space or other accessible seating, ticket purchases may be made through the Jaguars ticket office. Please call (904) 633-2000 to inquire about purchasing accessible seating. Guests not in wheelchairs but needing special assistance should also contact the Jaguars ticket office.

For assistance on game day, guests in need of accessible seating should visit the nearest Guest Services Booth to relocate to an accessible seat. Availability on game day is on a first-come, first-served basis, and relocation is not guaranteed. Guests in need of an accessible seat are encouraged to arrive early.

ACCESSIBLE PICK-UP/DROP-OFF AND SHUTTLE

Sports Complex parking lots are for guests with parking passes only. A designated drop-off location has been created on both the east and west side of the stadium to allow a guest with a disability to be dropped off as close as possible to the facility. When entering these locations, please inform the parking attendant and police officer that you are dropping off a guest.

Pregame Drop-Off / Postgame Pick-Up Procedure

DROP-OFF: West side drop-off: Located at Gate 1. Enter Lot M using the Georgia and Adams Street entrance.
EAST SIDE DROP-OFF: Enter Lot C off of Gator Bowl Blvd.

Please note that vehicles parked or idling in designated lots without a valid pass will be towed at the owner's expense.

PICK UP: Traffic continues to flow away from the stadium for at least 30-45 minutes following the game. Please direct guest(s) needing assistance to either use the postgame golf cart shuttle service outside Gate 1 or wait at the closest gate location until the traffic pattern is no longer one-way.

If guests need assistance to their vehicle, a postgame golf cart shuttle program is available starting in the fourth quarter and is located outside Gate 1 between Lots M and J. Guests will be assisted on a first-come, first-served basis. Golf cart shuttles are limited in seating, so only the guest in need of assistance and one companion may use this service. The shuttle service is limited to the immediate Sports Complex parking lots. Privately-run golf cart shuttle services are also available for guests at their own risk.

CLOSED CAPTIONING

EverBank Stadium offers closed captioning through CaptionCast on your smart device. Using the Jaguars Mobile App go to Gameday and select CC ID: 'Jaguars.' On the internet, visit https://captioncast.eegicap.com/and your event ID is 'Jaguars' (ID is case sensitive). In addition to closed captioning, assistive listening devices are available at all Guest Services Booths.

FOOD POLICY

Outside food is permitted inside EverBank Stadium for Jacksonville Jaguars home games, provided it is unwrapped and placed inside a one-gallon clear plastic bag no larger than 11" x 11".

All food items are subject to visual inspection and may be subject to a more thorough inspection if determined to be necessary. Guests are permitted to bring in one factory-sealed 16.9 oz or less plastic bottle of water per person. All other outside liquids and beverages are prohibited.

Any medically necessary exceptions must be pre-approved by the Jaguars. Guests can contact (904) 633-2000 or [email protected] to be considered for approval no later than 48 hours prior to kickoff.

GUEST SERVICES BOOTHS

Guest Services Booths open two hours prior to kickoff and close following the game. Guests may visit the booths to ask questions, seek assistance, or register for promotions. Guest Services Booths are in the following locations:

Main Concourse: north end zone at Section 123
Main Concourse: southeast corner at Section 144
Main Concourse: southwest corner at Section 102
Upper Concourse: west upper deck at Section 410
Upper Concourse: east upper deck at Section 436
Gallagher Club East & West: On the ground level and immediately outside the elevator on the upper and lower levels.

MOTHERS NURSING STATION

The Baptist Health Mom Pods are mobile, air-conditioned breast feeding and lactation stations for nursing mothers. Equipped with televisions, these rooms provide a private, comfortable and sanitary space for all mothers. They are located in the south end zone beneath the Bud Light Party Zone, next to the Jags Pro Shop and Daily's on the ground plaza level.

All ticket holders and their belongings are subject to search (including by walk-through magnetometers, magnetic wanding, and/or pat down) upon entry into the stadium. By tendering a ticket and entering the stadium, ticket holders consent to such searches and waive any related claims that they may have against the Jaguars, the NFL, its member clubs, the City of Jacksonville, ASM Global and their respective affiliates and agents. If ticket holders elect not to consent to the searches they will be denied entry into the stadium without refund.

Guests may not check items at the gates or in the stadium. Guests will be asked to either store their prohibited items in the Atlantic Self Storage Fan Lockers, take prohibited items back to their vehicles or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium. The Jaguars and the stadium partners are NOT responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged. Possession of prohibited items is grounds for ejection from the stadium. Game tickets will be forfeited.
