Masterfully prepared dishes by Chef Richardson, the Fork King. Your evening will include a delectable "FIVE COURSE” menu, and handcrafted cocktails, that will excite your palate.
Your courses will consist of:
* Three (3) Appetizers
SUMMER ROLL: Mango, cucumber, carrots, rice noodles, mixed greens, cabbage, wrapped in rice paper and served alongside pineapple ginger sauce.
CORN SOUP: Corn, onion, pimento peppers, celery, parsley, garlic, carrots, pumpkin, coconut milk, shadon beni, garnished with chipotle sauce.
PULL SHORT RIBS: Seasoned pulled beef, pickled onions, guacamole, mango/pineapple chutney, and sriracha aioli, served on fried plantains.
* Choice of One (1) Entrée
SALMON: Signature salmon, pan seared in butter, topped with an seasonal chutney, alongside bacon rose potatoes, romesco sauce, and asparagus.
LAMB CHOPS: Herb marinated and glazed in a sorrel (hibiscus) garlic sauce, alongside garlic mashed potatoes, parsley drizzle, and asparagus.
Pineapple rum cake, with soursop ice cream, sorrel drizzle, and honey beat tuile.
