Blue Man Group Brings Their Signature Show to Icon Park

Blue Man Group is setting up at Icon Park for a Tuesday night performance on June 9, 2026 at 7:00 PM. This is their signature theatrical experience - a multimedia show mixing music, comedy, and visual effects featuring the iconic trio of blue-painted performers. The show combines percussion, technology, and audience interaction in a way that's become their trademark over the past three decades.

The performance starts at 7:00 PM sharp, and Blue Man Group shows typically run about 90 minutes without intermission. Arriving by 6:30 PM allows time to find seats and grab drinks before the lights go down. The show is all ages, making it one of the few I-Drive entertainment options that works for families and adults equally well.

Getting to Icon Park:

Icon Park sits right on International Drive at 8375 International Dr, making it accessible from pretty much anywhere in the tourist corridor. The complex has its own parking garage, which is the most convenient option since it connects directly to the entertainment area. During busy nights, the garage can fill up, so arriving early helps secure a spot close to the venue.

The I-Ride Trolley stops directly at Icon Park - it's one of the main stops along the route. Several Lynx bus lines serve the area too, with the closest stops being the "14 North" and "14 South" platforms on International Drive, both about 200 meters from the venue. The "G9 south" and "G9 north" stops on Universal Boulevard are slightly farther but still walkable.

From Universal Studios, it's about a 10-minute walk south on Universal Boulevard to International Drive. From the Convention Center area, Icon Park is easily reachable via the I-Drive corridor.

What's Around Icon Park:

Icon Park has become the center of I-Drive's entertainment scene, with the Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds, and SEA LIFE Aquarium all in the same complex. The area stays busy most nights, especially with tourists exploring the various attractions.

For pre-show dining, Café Tu Tu Tango sits about 350 meters away and serves tapas-style dishes in an artist studio setting - it's been an I-Drive staple for years. Tin Roof offers live music and casual food just 170 meters from the venue, perfect for grabbing drinks before the show.

Mia's Italian Kitchen provides more upscale dining about 480 meters away if looking for a full dinner beforehand. For something unique, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant combines dining with wine tasting, though it's about a 7-minute walk from Icon Park.

After the show, the area offers plenty of options for extending the evening. The Escape Game Orlando and Great Big Game Show both operate nearby if looking for more interactive entertainment.

The Icon Park complex itself includes multiple bars and restaurants, plus the observation wheel and other attractions stay open late. It's become the kind of place where people spend several hours, combining dinner, entertainment, and the attractions into one evening out on I-Drive.
