Bonsai & Brews at Zydeco Brew Werks

Bonsai & Brews is coming to Zydeco Brew Werks on Tuesday, July 12th & 26th! Grab a brew and create your own bonsai tree with a local bonsai artist.

No experience or tools are required – just come ready for some hands-on fun that will leave everyone feeling creative and neighborly as they form their very own little tree from scratch.

At the NOLA-inspired Zydeco Brew Werks, we will go over basic care and maintenance techniques for bonsai.  Then you’ll learn how to pot, prune and style your new bonsai tree and in between, you can sip on some of Zydeco’s finest craft beer and cocktails! 

Bonsai and Brews is a great introduction to the art of bonsai! We’ll be working with tropical species, which are hardy enough that you can keep them indoors or outdoor. We’ll teach you all you need to know to enjoy your new bonsai tree for many years to come!
