Brisket 101 w/Dayne Weaver

Join us in this 4 hour class hosted by Panther Island Brewing where Dayne Weaver of Dayne’s Craft Barbecue walks you step-by-step through his process of creating melt in your mouth brisket. From sourcing quality meat and fire management, to trimming and seasoning- he’ll cover it all!

Attendees will receive a BBQ FEAST in addition to 3 Panther Island Brewing beers in a souvenir glass. Class is 11am to 3pm with plenty of time allotted for Q&A.

Dayne’s Craft Barbecue is a Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ Joint and has been featured with Matt Pittman of Meat Church and CanAm’s docuseries “Pitt-Stops.” He is a recurring Celebrity Chef at the annual Fort Worth Food and Wine Festival, and has accrued multiple “Best Of” accolades throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area for his award-winning barbecue.
