Join agents/brokers from different brokerages to evaluate this debuting workshop on Dominating New Construction. This focus group will be led by David Cribbs, host of the hit podcast "Under Contract LIVE" . Dave is an active award winning Florida Realtor that started his career as "Rookie Salesperson of The Year" with a national builder in 2016. In late 2017 Dave became an active Realtor in the Tampa market focusing on new construction opportunities. Dave was given his first Million Dollar Listing from another national home builder and now shares how to leverage the opportunities in new construction. There will be a heavy focus on the new home sales process, the build process and how to represent your buyer throughout the transaction as well as how to partner will builders on more transactions. Dave is a best-selling author and was featured on two seasons of "The American Dream" TV show. Spend some intimate time with Dave in this focus group.
