“Descendants/Zombies: Worlds Collide Tour” is a one-of-a-kind interactive live concert experience coming to arenas across North America in Summer 2025 😎 The tour will feature Kylie Cantrall, Freya Skye, Malia Baker, Malachi Barton, Dara Reneé, Joshua Colley and Mekonnen Knife 🤩 Kicking off in San Diego, CA on July 17, the arena tour will celebrate the chart-topping music from Disney’s “Descendants” and “Zombies” movie franchises, inspiring families and fans of all ages to dance, sing, and engage with their favorite stars 🌟
🎒 BAG POLICY
All bags brought into VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena entry points will be subject to search and must be 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller. Medical device carriers in excess of the maximum bag size are permitted but will be subject to search.
🅿️ PARKING
VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena is located at 300 A Philip Randolph Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. More than 5,400 on-site parking spots are available, with additional overflow parking available adjacent to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.
Parking for most ticketed events ranges between $20 - $50 for general parking. Some events may have VIP or reserved options available, and parking lots open at least three hours prior to the event start time for most events.
- Bags larger than 12"x6"x12" or backpacks
- Outside food or beverage (except medical-related food or beverage)
- Cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers
- Video cameras or audio recording devices or streaming (including through the use of cell phones & GoPro cams)
- Tablets, iPads, & GoPros
- Professional cameras with lenses larger than 6"/Standard digital cameras
- Laser pens or pointers
- Noise making devices
- Projectiles (beach balls, frisbees, etc.)
- Signs larger than 8.5"x11" (any signs management deems as inappropriate or obstructive will be confiscated); If signs larger than that were purchased by merchandise outside vendor - signs are approved inside the building.
- Stickers of any kind, sticks or poles (this includes selfie sticks)
- Skateboards, skates, or scooters
- Illegal substances
- Fireworks or any other incendiary device
- Stollers (permitted but must be checked in at the main lobby)
- Weapons of any kind or any item that can be construed as a weapon (knives, chains, clubs, or guns, etc.)
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by Management
⛔️ RE-ENTRY POLICY
Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies.
💨 SMOKING POLICY
VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena is a smoke-free facility/ Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and vapes are not to be used inside the arena. Designated smoking patios are available outside section 118, outside the club, and on the suite level.
♿️ ACCESSIBILITY
VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, ATMs, and counters are all accessible to guests with disabilities.
Wheelchair-accessible seats are available at all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair-accessible ticket. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. You may purchase handicapped-accessible seating in person at the Box Office at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena during normal business hours.
