Are you looking to get stronger, jump higher, run faster, hit harder, just be better all around?
We will be running four 90-minute sessions, Monday through Thursday on a weekly basis, June 12th through August 3rd, scheduled times are on our website.
All sessions will start with A.B.C.Js. first, our speed development program. Following that will be an hour of weight training or a combination of weight training and A.T.P program.
7-8:30am :7th-9th Grade : All Sports
4-5:30pm :JV/Varsity: Baseball, Softball, Tennis, Golf, Track
5:30-7pm :JV/Varsity : Volleyball, Basketball, Swimming, Gymnastics
7-8:30pm :JV/Varsity : Football, Wrestling, Soccer, Fire Tech, Tactical
