Neurofeedback-
Dr. Catherine Onuoha is a licensed psycho-pharmacologist who owns and operates a functional medicine clinic in Lakeland, Florida. Before taking over The Natural Medicine Center of Lakeland, Dr. Catherine attended the Medical College of Virginia where she received a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology and later completed advanced neuroscientific training at the Walter Reed Army Institute for Research (WRAIR). Due to Dr. Catherine’s experience in neurology and her desire to use natural and holistic treatment methods to alleviate patient’s suffering at the root issue, Dr. Catherine offers neurofeedback through Neuroptimal at her clinic.
Neuroptimal uses audio and visual feedback based on live brain wave activity to help correct imbalances in patient’s brainwave activity and reduce symptoms of disorders such as ADHD/ADD, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, Substance Abuse Recovery, Epilepsy and others. While the issues listed above are commonly treated with medication, these drugs aren’t fixing the root cause of a patient’s problem. Neurofeedback on the other hand has been shown to have lasting improvements which have been detected up to ten years after a person is treated with neurofeedback.

BEMER Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy-
Terri Parke, presents BEMER. BEMER is a safe form of energy medicine which supports the body’s natural healing systems through increasing the oxygen levels in the blood. BEMER stands for Bio-Electro-Magnetic-Energy-Regulation and is considered a PEMF (Pulsed-Electro-Magnetic-Frequency) device. Essentially, this means that the device operates by producing specific frequencies of safe magnetic energy which stimulates the body. The energy which the system sends in the body moves blood vessels around the body which helps to improve circulatory health and detox the body.
Healthy blood flow is vital for delivering nutrients and helping our brain and body function. Poor circulatory health often leads to issues such as swelling, fatigue, brain fog, and joint or muscle pain. Not only can BEMER help with all of these issues and more, but even those without major circulatory issues will find surprising improvements in their energy levels.

Bioidentical Hormone Restoration Therapy-
Mark Filosi is a world-renowned keynote speaker for Hormone Restoration and Pharmacy Compounding. He is also an author, pharmacist, pharmacy owner, and teacher for nearly 3 decades. He is also affiliated with 4 major US Universities, and the Australian Pharmacy Council.
Our population is aging and our baby-boomers are eager to know how to feel great, have more energy, and look younger. Compounding bio-mimetic hormones can be an important part of the equation and anti-aging hormonally may be part of the solution. Mark will provide details of this complex topic in a way that his audience will easily understand. The program will provide impact, value, and quality to living a full life. Bring your questions and your zest for living, empower yourself by coming to this exciting program.

Natural Movement-
Warren Dickey is a 30-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, lifelong athlete and avid student of ancestral living. He is also the Founder and head coach of Coach D’s Natural Running. Coach Dickey is devoted to helping people relearn natural running, reacquire natural movement abilities, build strength working with kettlebells and design their home habitat for fitness and mobility as well as aesthetics and comfort.
Human beings are transitioning from being wild, highly adaptive and extremely physically articulate animals to being domesticated, sedentary and clumsy remnants. It shouldn’t be and doesn’t have to be this way. Most humans live in a comfortable, non-challenging, technological culture, but that doesn’t have to lead to disastrous physical decline, even in old age. Coach Dickey will provide actionable information to help relieve daily stiffness, increase mobility, and enhance enjoyment of life through play. While living longer is a goal for many people, living better should also be a consideration. Come prepared to think differently about what it means to be human “being”.

Halotherapy (Salt Therapy)-
Danielle Howard is the owner of The Salt Room Wesley Chapel and a member of the Salt Therapy Association. With more than 13 years experience in the holistic health care field, she has brought an almost 200 year old therapy to the Wesley Chapel area. Prior to opening The Salt Room, she was the office manager and chiropractic assistant for a well-known chiropractor. During her time there, she attended industry conferences as a trainer and counselor for doctors and chiropractic assistants nationwide.
Salt therapy has been utilized in various therapeutic, healing and medicinal ways including saline solutions, nebulizers, skin scrubs, salt baths, Nettie pots, etc…mostly known as “wet” salt therapy. In our modern society, thanks to technological innovations, another aspect of salt therapy has emerged where the main health benefit comes from the salt’s quality to absorb moisture. It is called Dry Salt Therapy and is also known as Halotherapy.
Today, Halotherapy is being provided throughout Europe, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, the United States and other areas as a natural alternative and complimentary way of improving general wellness, respiratory issues, various skin conditions, detoxification, athletic performance and more.
