In conjunction with ourExperiencing Tranquility through Japanese Art exhibition, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12:30PM - 1:00PM, we will be offering a complimentary in-chair yoga class led by the JICC's Exhibition Coordinator Atsushi who is also a certified yoga instructor.

Our yoga class will be an invigorating, yet soothing, modified yoga practice to aid the participant in overcoming the stresses of everyday life.

The entire class will be conducted while seated on a chair and you will be led throughkriya(a specific sequence of physical and mental changes), mantra, and mudra (hand positions). As you practice yoga while surrounded by calming artwork, we hope that you experience a moment of bliss and tranquility at our culture center!
