Complimentary General Seating

This is an open seating event, with seats available on a first come first served basis. When making your table selection, please make vacant seats available to incoming guests as needed. Complimentary general seating will be available on a very limited basis.

*Note: Due to the interest and attendance this event attracts, general seating is not guaranteed. Once tables sell out, general seating may not be available. This means, attendance for guests who did not purchase a table will be standing room only.

Reserved and VIP Seating (Parties of 2, 6, 8, or 10)

While reserved seating is not required, it is highly encouraged due to the event's high attendance volume.

Enjoy the occasion at an exclusive table with guests of your choosing. Table charges areNOTapplied to admission, food/beverages, etc.

• Table reservations require the purchase of a Standard, Top Tier, or Day Party ticket for all members included with the party.
• Table(s) must be claimed by the reserving party no later than 30 minutes after the respective session's start time. Unclaimed table(s) at the cutoff will be resold. No refund will be issued to the party who missed their table time.
• Reserved and VIP Tables will be released to the person who purchased the table, no exceptions. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or if all intended party members do not attend.
• Reserved and VIP tables must conclude dining at their respective ending time. No exceptions will be made for late arrivals. Once your table has reached its time limit, kindly discard of trash, and continue the party in the standing area.

*Round, banquet tables seat 8 comfortably, but can accommodate 10. Parties of 2 will be seated at Bistro tables.

Extend My Table for the Day Party (Subject to Availability):

Will I Have to Sit with People I Don't Know (or Like)?

This year's brunch will feature open seating for all guests. However, if you prefer to experience the event at a table with guests of your choosing, you are encouraged to explore Reserved or VIP table options.

What is the difference between a Reserved and VIP Table?

Reserved Tables

• Guarantees seating for party at the respective table quantity

• Served meal for party members (no waiting in the buffet line)
• Cash bar beverage service

If I do not purchase a Reserved or VIP table , can I attend?

Yes, you may attend the event without purchasing a table, however, tables for events typically sell out. This means there may not be complimentary general seating options available. This would mean attendance for non-table ticket holders is available as standing room only. As such, we strongly encourage purchase of a table to guarantee seating for you and your party.

I purchased a Reserved or VIP Table for Brunch, do I have to leave my table after my dining time?

Yes, tables without the, "extend my table," add-on guest(s) must conclude their table experience at the close of the respective dining session.

How does the, "Extend My Table," option for the Day Party work with my table reservation?

R&B Brunch Guests

If you are dining from 11am-1pm you will be required to relinquish your table at 1:00pm. When you return for the day party, your table reservation will be honored.

Turn Up Brunch Guest

If you are dining from 1:30pm-3:30pm you will not be required to relinquish your table at 3:30pm.

All table purchases and add-ons are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

My plans changed and I can no longer attend the event. Can I transfer my Table Charge to someone else?

No, Table Charges are non-transferrable to other individuals/parties.

Can I purchase a Reserved or VIP table for the Day Party?

Yes, but tables are subject to availability.

Can I bring my child(ren) to the event?

While we welcome all guests, this event is better suited for adult patrons.

What should I wear?

This event celebrates African-American triumph and culture. We encourage trendy, fashion forward selections according to your personal style and expression.

• No beach/shower flip flops or Crocs
• No overly baggy/oversized clothing
• No clothing with images in promotion of drug or alcohol use, profanity, or sexually suggestive
• No overly revealing clothing
