Meet the Speaker: Dr. Amanda Ribeiro Wobido

Dr. Wobido is a clinical instructor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center – College of Dentistry. She was a visiting research assistant at UNMC – College of Dentistry in 2019, in which she worked with Dr. Luana Oliveira-Haas on a Diversity Grant focused on NCCLs. She is also a member and researcher of the Noncarious Lesions Research Group in Uberlandia – Brazil, where she received her master’s degree.

Course Topics & Objectives:

At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:

Describe the prevalence and etiology of N Identify risk factors in the development of Describe NCCLs classification, clinical sign Understand the relation between NCCLs Compare treatment options for different case presentations. Apply strategies for prevention and care for dentin hypersensitivity. Understand clinical scenarios and comprehensive management of NCCLs.
