Doors: 

🚪60 - 90 minutes before ticketed show time. 

Bag policy:

🎒Personal bags must be smaller than 12x12x12". These are subject to search upon entry. Backpacks are not permitted (parenting/diaper bags and medical bags are permissible).

Re-entry policy: 

🚷Yuengling Center has a no-re-entry policy. For emergencies and special exceptions, please visit Guest Services in the Gate A lobby.

Child's ticket policy:

👶All children under the age of two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for all events, provided they sit on a parent's lap throughout the event. The age limit is subject to change based on tour requests.

Prohibited items:

The following items are NOT permitted at Yuengling Center Events:

❌Cameras meeting designated event standards will be permitted

❌Pepper Spray or Mace

❌Wallet chains

❌Cans, Bottles, and Glass

❌Long Chains/Sharp Spikes

❌Laser Pointers

❌Food, Drinks & Alcohol

❌Air Horns/Noise Makers

❌Offensive Banners/Posters

❌Sticks or Poles of any kind

❌Controlled Substances

❌Chairs, folding chairs, or any other type of individual chair for use

❌Wrapped gifts

❌Skateboards

❌Balloons

Pro tips:

✨Arrive early to secure parking, as the venue can get busy, especially during popular events. If you want to beat the crowd and get the best spots, consider using rideshare options to avoid parking hassles.

Where to park for events at the Yuengling Center:

🅿️All parking is first come, first served. Parking prices vary at each Yuengling Center event. For high-volume events like concerts and USF basketball games plan to arrive early to help ease traffic congestion.

🚘American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted at most lots. Cash is not accepted. Oversized vehicles will be charged per parking space. Disabled accessibility, limousine, and bus parking are available. 

💳Pre-purchased parking passes for Yuengling Center events will be handled by their preferred parking vendor, ParkWhiz to provide guests with a higher level of service and accessibility when it comes to parking.
