PURCHASE POLICY:By placing an order, you are confirming that you received this policy and are agreeing to abide by the clauses within. This Purchase Policy is a binding contract between you and event Producer. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits or exchanges for different event(s). CREDIT CARD & ID: You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification (along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you from Eventbrite when your order is placed): the name on both the credit card and ID match the name on your purchased tickets, in order to gain entry to the event. If the name on the Credit Card and/or ID does not match the tickets, or if you do not have both the credit card used to make the purchase and government issued identification, you will be denied entry to event without a refund. TICKET TRANSFER: Ticket transfer is allowed and must be finalized with our staff no later than 72 hours prior to event date. Please email us in order to verify your order and to start your ticket transfer process. Once the ticket transfer has been accepted, the tickets in your Eventbrite account are no longer valid and you will not be able to get into the event with those tickets. EVENT BOOKING: By purchasing a ticket, package, or reservation you are entitled to entry for the event you are purchasing it for. At the time of your order, Eventbrite will place an order for your ticket(s) in their system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event. Before purchasing your ticket(s) we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event(s) you wish to attend, as there are no refunds. Each event has a definitive date, start time and end time. If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket(s) and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. If you do not attend your event, you are still 100% financially liable for your purchase. If you cannot attend the event, you will not receive a refund. NO refunds due to COVID-19. If you become infected you may transfer your ticket(s) or replace guest(s) that are infected/were exposed no later than 72 hours prior to event date. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is 21+ event. Valid photo identification must be present when entering. Valid photo identification means state drivers license or passport. College ID, credit card, military ID or membership cards are NOT valid identification.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Regency Center is located at 1300 Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco, CA.Click HERE for driving and public transportation directions. If taking BART please see the Civic Center BART Station as it is closest to The Regency Ballroom.
There is a MUNI Bus Stop for the 47 (Van Ness) and the 49 (Mission/Van Ness) directly outside The Regency Ballroom. Additional MUNI Bus Lines that are within a few blocks:1 (California), 2 (Clement), 3 (Jackson), 4 (Sutter), 19 (Polk) and 38 (Geary).
There are plenty of public and private parking lots in the vicinity of The Regency Center. There is also limited street parking. A couple of private parking lots include: Holiday Inn – Located at 1500 Van Ness Avenue ( 24-Hour Garage). Please call hotel directly for parking rates.
What can I bring into the event?
For the comfort and safety of everyone, please do NOT bring the following items to the event: Large backpacks / Food / Beverages (aclohol, cans, bottles) / Weapons (of any kind) / Professional Cameras (any cameras with a detachable lens) / Illegal drugs
What's the refund policy?
All tickets are purchased on a no refunds, exchanges or cancellations basis and are only usable for the day, date and time selected at the time of purchase.
Where is General Admission Entry vs VIP Entry?
General Admission entrance is thru 1290 Sutter Street, and all VIP ticket holders, and Table Service reservations are entering thru 1300 Van Ness Avenue.
Do you allow re-entry? Is there designated smoking area?
Absolutely no ins and outs. Once your ticket has been scanned you will not be allowed to leave and re-enter the venue without paying full price for a ticket again. The only exception is our smoking section. Smoking section is located outside the venue on Van Ness Avenue. We try to open the smoking section as soon as possible; but have to wait for enough patrons to enter the venue. We are usually able to open it an hour or so after door have opened.
Do you have a coat check?
Yes. The coat check is accessible upstairs, near the men’s restroom. Costs $5 per item.
