• Learn the nuances of cutting curls using advanced razor cutting techniques
• Discover how to bring out natural waves and texture and how to detail the cut for the individual client
• Understand how to style a curly razor cut using a diffuser and hand drying techniques

Curly Cutting & Styling with Loni Jean Laffinier 3:05 pm-4:20 pm

• Learn how proper, detox, cleansing and conditioning techniques impact the finished style
• Understand how to confidently shape & style curly hair
• Learn how to layer Innersense Organic Beauty products to achieve the signature Desert Curls voluminous style.
• Discover the best drying and styling techniques for longevity and definition.

An advocate of “The New Natural Hair Paradigm,” Aeleise’s 15 years behind the chair makes her one of the most sought-after tight curl specialists and trainers in the space. The co-founder of Cut It Kinky and I Am Black Girl Curls, the Fayetteville, Georgia artist is known for beautifully cut and styled tight, curly, and natural hair and believes in rocking fabulous shapes over keeping length for the sake of length.

Erin began her career behind the chair in 2002, by 2008 she realized education was her true passion. After 17 years of being a colorist and cutting specialist, Erin has hung up her color brushes and shifted directions to take on a more effortless, lower-maintenance approach with a focus on cleaner, sustainable beauty for all hair textures. She is on a journey to help create a new industry standard, to help stylists become more confident with their craft, and incorporate cleaner beauty practices into their daily routines. She believes beauty doesn't have to come at the cost of our health.
