GATES: Gates open (1) hour before ticketed showtime.

BAG POLICY: They will allow - clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” AND/OR small clutch bags (6” x 9”) – these small clutch bags do not need to be clear.

NO OUTSIDE LAWN CHAIRS permitted into the venue. Lawn Chairs are available to rent, subject to availability.

MOBILE TICKETING: Your phone is your ticket! Make sure you have downloaded your tickets into your mobile wallet and transferred them to friends. Tickets are non-transferable for this show.

Reserved Seating Space: Fans will tell you that the best viewing experience comes from right up in front of the stage (Sections 1-3) or in sections 5, 6, and 9, if you don’t need to be right in front of the band to have a great time. For most events, reserved or VIP seating is in pre-built and placed chairs that offer comfort, leg room, and elbow room next to your neighbors.

Lawn Space Policies: The lawn is a popular option for anyone who enjoys relaxing with friends and family, having plenty of room to dance, and having easy access to the gate when the show’s over. These seats are always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn, so if you want the best view of the stage, we suggest arriving early.

🤠**PARKING ADVISORY:
The Orient Road entrance to the parking lots at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre is under construction while they rebuild the new Orient Road Entry Gate. Only Premier, Ultra Premier, Valet, and VIP Parking will be able to enter via Orient Road. All other General Admission patrons will need to enter through the MLK Entrance and the 301 Entrance.
