Join Katie and Madelyn for a Group Session of Yoga for Moms at Alderman’s Ford Park. Many moms miss out on their physical activities as we can be so caught up in doing for others that we forget about our needs. This is for you mom! During this 45 minute practice we will be working on rebuilding core and pelvic floor muscles as well and concentrating on cardio through yoga and functional movement. After our yoga practice we will be walking the 1.8 mile trail to finish things off! Let’s build our strength and flexibility while gathering with other moms for comradery and support. This will be a group based on positivity in a child and mother judgement free zone.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, snacks for your kiddos and your stroller. You can bring anything else your little one may need while you get your yoga on!

Registration is $10 plus you pay your $2 park entry fee.
