Before we even step foot on the beach, we stop for a vanilla latte from Sago Coffee and a 6 pack of Mini Bar Donuts. These two local Jax Beach shops are super popular and a must when you are in this neighborhood!

Once we are done laying out at the beach, we usually play a pick-up game of volleyball!

If you type in the Jacksonville Beach Pier in your maps, this will take you to the general area of Jax Beach, where you should park. If this lot is full, there are plenty of other spots in the surrounding area you can find!
They have happy hour Monda–Friday | 3PM–6PM, and Sunday | 6PM–Close. Their penthouse lounge overlooks the beach and has some of the best views! $8 martinis, $4 house wines, plus live music throughout the week!
They have the best subs! One of our favorites is the Beach Boy, and be sure to get the macaroni salad on the side. Perfect for a summer day down at the beach and supporting local!
Located right in Jacksonville Beach, these are a couple of our favorite spots to stop in and grab a latte! Sago Coffee also has an amazing avocado toast and spacious spots to work from!
You do not want to miss out on some of the best pizza and wings in Jax Beach! Make sure you get the Margarita Pizza and the Signature Wings! It’s the perfect meal after a day at the beach!

Jacksonville Beach has so many options for parking and we are thankful! You can park right at the pier for free during the week and pay the parking meter Friday–Sunday! Dogs are allowed on the beach at any hour from October 1–March 31. However, dogs are NOT permitted on the beach during the hours of 9AM–5PM, 7 days a week, from April 1–September 30. Dogs must be leashed at all times as in all other public places.
BrewHound is definitely a must-visit spot for anyone driving around Jacksonville Beach. Just a short drive away, this dog-friendly spot has an off-leash dog park and is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a local brew with their pup.
Driving on the beach is not permitted within the city limits of Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, or Atlantic Beach.
