Whether it’s Taco Tuesday or Margarita Monday, everyone loves a good trip to their local taqueria! We’re featuring five of our favorite spots to find the best margaritas in Philadelphia. Cheers!

1. El Vez
Bright, flashy, and guaranteed to put you in a good mood, El Vez has a variety of margarita flavors each more mouthwatering than the last! Our current favorite is the Lavender-Honey margarita, made with Hornitos Reposado, lavender honey, jalapeno, lemon, and a lavender salt rim. Divine!

2. Taqueria Amor
Manayunk’s premiere taqueria, once called Taqueria Feliz, has a huge margarita menu, with both frozen and regular options depending on your mood! We love the Spinarita, a mix of frozen margarita and sangria; and the aptly-named Kombucharita, a classic elderflower margarita mixed with Flower Power Kombucha! Taqueria Amor also has a consistent seasonal menu, supplying some of the best holiday cocktails in Philly.

Mission Taqueria is one of the most fun places on this list, which is likely why you usually need a reservation to visit! Mission is typically packed to the gills, only proving what we know: this place is incredible! We recommend the Tammy 2 Marg (pictured above), named after Ron Swanson’s infamous second ex-wife, and is made with Mission hot sauce. Spicy!
