MR SUN by Chad Mize and Nikolas Kekllas
This vintage sun, and the vibrant blue and yellow, bring a burst of life to an alley in downtown St. Pete. Chad Mize is a well known contemporary artist in St. Pete.
His work is identifiable and often humorous! If you take a detour down this alley, just a block away from the bustling Central Ave, you’ll be mesmerized by all the murals!
Sunshine On My Mind Mural by Leo Gomez
The Sunshine On My Mind mural is located in the Warehouse District and can be found right off of the Pinellas Trail. Leo Gomez completed this mural during the 2019 SHINE St. Petersburg Mural Festival, bringing a colorful and enjoyable message to the burg!

This mural of Biggie Smalls, The Notorious B.I.G., or Biggie, whatever you called the legendary rapper, is truly sicker than your average mural! You can find it behind Central Cycling.

Sewing Seas by Taj Francis
Perfectly placed in the Central Arts District, the Sewing Seas mural is the splash of color and abstract art that we’re all looking for. Taj Francis is a fantastic Jamaican artist, creating art that really livens up St. Pete!
Man Made Murals & DeLaPlane Studios
Throwing it back to the 2015 SHINE St. Petersburg Mural Festival when Matt Callahan and Angela Delaphane collaborated to create this detailed mural. The more you look at it, the more you’ll notice Tampa and St. Pete intertwined. The details are everything here!
Faces by BASK
Another oldie but a goodie. Faces by BASK was created in 2014, bringing a graffiti and grayscale style to the typically colorful St. Pete mural scene. Bask has a few murals around the burg that are recognizable due to his graffiti aesthetic.
Fun fact: Bask’s work was featured in the movie Iron Man 3!
J&S Signs SHINE 2018 Mural
Old Florida still remains in the streets of St. Pete with this beautiful, vintage mural. Jeffrey Sincich and Josh Stover collaborated to create a scene that many locals can find a story of their own.
