1. Paint Your Pet
We love our furry friends and what better way to show your love than with a pet portrait! Join Cheers N Paint Art Studio for their always popular Paint your Pet Portrait Night! It’s super simple: submit a photo of your pet and paint over the sketch. Anyone can paint!
Be sure to email an HD picture of your pet in advance so that your pet sketch will be ready for you to paint!

2. Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop
Calling all yogis! Have you wanted to perfect your flying pigeon pose? Or have you always wanted to learn how to do a headstand? This workshop is for you! This class will cover the shapes of some super fun inversion poses as well as how to get into them and when you can free flow into them during a vinyasa practice. This workshop is bound to not only be strengthening, but also a great time!

3. The Sir Walter Raleigh Smoke-Off: Picnic Edition
One thing North Carolinians love is bbq, cue the vinegar versus tomato debate. Whether you’re team eastern or western we’ve got a super fun event for you. The Great Raleigh Trolley Tapyard is hosting a family-friendly outdoor afternoon of music, food, and fun. Spend the afternoon loading your plate up with pulled pork , potato salad, mac n cheese, and you can’t forget the banana pudding!
In order to maintain social distancing, guests will select from one hour time slots limited to 25 guests. Guests will be required to wear masks when not at their tables.

4. WolfsBayne Brew Crash - Standard Beer
Looking for a fun place to hang out with friends? Check out WolfsBayne’s Brew Crash at Standard Beer + Food! Spend your Saturday sitting around a fire pit and sipping on a pint of your favorite beer. One of our favorite ways to relax at Standard is to grab a dozen doughnuts from Krispy Kreme (which is right around the block) to snack on with a good dark beer. And keep your eye on Standard’s social media to see what food truck will be serving tasty plates!

5. Hips Don't Lie - Virtual
Sometimes you just need a good stretch. Grab you laptop and find some space to participate in this virtual class! With stretching poses focused on hips and the lower body this is perfect for anyone who has lower back pain, tight hips, or sits at a desk a lot (hello work from home friends). Listen to some relaxing instrumental and listen to what your body needs. Blankets, blocks, and straps are recommended for the class, but not required!
