GNO: Trolley Bar Hopping on I-Drive Orlando

A Story By

Looking for the perfect night out on I-Drive? We’ve got you covered. The Stuff To Do In Orlando team tried bar hopping on I-Drive Orlando using the I-Ride Trolley and it was a blast. We want to share our experience with you, so you can have fun too!

We’ve partnered with the International Drive District to bring you an itinerary for the best night out. Whether it’s a girls night or date night, keep reading to start your planning.

I-Ride Trolley Information

The I-RIDE Trolley is the exclusive, convenient and affordable transportation to hundreds of exciting destinations within the International Drive Resort Area. They have tons of options, from single ride passes to 14 day passes. If you’re doing the drinking tour, we recommend purchasing the day pass for $5. Anyone can ride the trolley. There are tons of stops, so you can either follow our guide or create your own!

Daily | 8:00am – 10:30pm

Check all of their stops here.

First Stop: Tin Roof at ICON Park

We started our drinking tour at Tin Roof, a laid back restaurant with live music and tons of good food and drink options. We were there for their happy hour, which is Monday – Friday from 3pm-6pm. We got specials on drinks and half off appetizers! Their Loaded Tater Tots are everything.

ICON Park is the perfect place to start the tour because parking is free in their garage. There are also so many other restaurants you can enjoy like Yard House, Ole Red Orlando, Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, Tapa Toro, and so much more.

Second Stop: Cuba Libre in Pointe Orlando

We found the best mojitos in town and they’re at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar. We took the trolley here for the second stop of our drinking tour. The drinks are top notch and the food never disappoints. You can either dine in or sit at their outdoor bar for something more casual. If you go on the weekends, the restaurant turns into a club at night!

We highly recommend their Empanadas, Pineapple Guacamole and Coconut Mojito! Don’t forget to snap a photo in front of their neon sign.

Third Stop: The Hampton Social in Pointe Orlando

Right across from Cuba Libre, you’ll find The Hampton Social, the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. This restaurant has an indoor dining room and expansive outdoor patio. They offer  coastal-inspired food, cocktails and live music. They have the best brunch if you decided to go on a weekend.

If you’re with a group, you have to get the “I Like it a Yacht” in the Giant Seashell. Their happy hour is Monday-Friday from 3pm-6pm where you can enjoy half off Rosé and pizza. If you go and don’t snap a photo with the “Rosé all day” sign, did you even go?

Final Stop: Señor Frogs

There’s no party like a Señor Frogs party, which is why this was our last stop in the tour. The I-Ride Trolley took us to this spot to end the night with tequila and tacos. This is the place to dance, eat, drink, and have a good time. We highly recommend the Pineapple Rita.

We had the best time exploring the I-Drive District. The I-Ride Trolley took us safely to each spot, so all we had to worry about was having a good time. There are so many unique restaurants in the area both locals and visitors will love.
