You definitely want to make sure to pay a visit to this black-owned business in Dallas. Rudy’s Chicken is one of the best fried chicken you can get in Dallas. Be prepared to wait in line for little while until you can enjoy their perfectly seasoned and crispy chicken. It’s worth the wait.

Some of our favorite burgers are The Western with pepper jack, bacon, fried onion strings and jalapenos, and the Big Tex served with cheddar, guacamole, fried onion strings and chipotle sauce.

Vegan Vibrationz is a must-try when you’re visiting the Dallas Farmers market. You can fin them there every Saturday and Sunday as well as at local pop-up throughout the city. This vegan food truck serves the most delicious Crunchwrap Supreme and other tasty treats.

One of our favorite black-owned businesses in Dallas is Val’s Cheesecakes in Lower Greenville. Val’s  Cheesecakes serves cheesecakes in slices, jars, and as whole with a super creative spin on the traditional cheesecake.  Some of our favorite flavors are Cookies N Cream, Lovers Lane, and Banana Pudding. They also offer gluten free slices, and a variety of pop-up flavors that you don’t want to miss out on.
