One thing to do in Tampa Bay this weekend is workout! Gyms and fitness centers are now able to operate at 50% capacity!
Define Carrollwood offers barre, cycle, and yoga classes and now they have an amazing summer special that you need to hop on! It is a 3-month auto-renew for June, July, and August at $69 a month. The special gets you unlimited in-studio classes and live stream classes.
Under Florida’s Phase 1, restaurants are now allowed to have indoor seating at 50% capacity as well as outdoor seating. City of Tampa launched the Lift Up Local Economic Recovery Plan, which temporarily allows businesses to expand their outdoor capacity while following CDC guidelines. Find all the zones and restaurants participating here. If you want to eat out, a wonderful thing to do in Tampa Bay is to support the restaurant industry. If you aren’t comfortable yet, we encourage you to order takeout!

The Saturday Morning Market in St. Pete is back and practicing social distancing! The market is currently open on a limited basis with a limited number of farmers and offering drive-thru pickup only. You will need to pre-order, pre-pay, and have the ID of the person named on the order to pick it up.

We’re not sure about y’all but we have been hooked on biking recently. Enjoy the outdoors and get some exercise in with this fun thing to do in Tampa Bay this weekend.
Bike from Dunedin to Tarpon Springs and explore the beauty of both little towns. The bike tour will take approximately 4 hours and utilize the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail for most of the ride.

Now that museums are open again, Chalk Festival ‘3D Illusion Museum,’ is a great family-friendly thing to do in Tampa Bay. Take a day trip to Sarasota for this mind-blowing interactive art experience where you get to become a part of the artwork by stepping into the illusion to take photos. The 3D Illusion Museum is a fundraiser for the Avenida de Colores 501c3 cultural arts organization.
The museum has large rooms with roll-up doors and great ventilation affording an abundance of space to social distance easily. Masks and personal hand sanitizers are encouraged.
