Christmas Brunch at Ciclo

What better time to indulge yourself than Christmas morning?! Don’t hesitate to snag a reservation at Ciclo, the fantastic steakhouse at the Four Seasons Austin for a specialty brunch. The meal is $135 for adults and $55 for children 12 years old and under. You can expect to drool over dishes like tarragon-orange poached lobster tail and honey-chipotle glazed ham.

Winter Wanderland at Austin Motel

This fun winter experience is located in the courtyard of the Austin Motel and will get you feeling bright! Hang out and grab a festive drink, like hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps or a sugar plum cocktail. You can also get reindeer chow or hot pretzels! To maintain social distancing standards, reservations to attend are required. However, the event is free!

More gifts are being given by one of our favorite local restaurants. Different daily Tex-Mex specials are being offered for guests, for both food and drinks. Trudy’s will also be hosting “Brunch Like A Boss” every day the week between Christmas and New Year’s Eve from 11AM–3PM. Don’t miss out on those $4 Bloody Marys, mimosas, and Ruby Red Frozen Margs!

Christmas Eve + Day Dinner

Summer House on Music Lane has created a decadent prix-fixe menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner. The 4-course meal will allow guests to choose from items like Texas Wagyu beef tartare and charred leg of lamb. The offering is priced at $88 per person. Try their specialty cocktail, The Cowboy Santa, available for $15 through the end of 2020!

The South Congress Shopping District is all decked out with window displays and special photo ops! Lights, decor, shopping, music… SoCo has it all this time of year. Certain retailers are offering seasonal treats when you visit, like Spiced Apple Cider with wine at Jo’s Coffee! This is a family-friendly way to spend an afternoon, or you could head down with friends and grab some Kris Kringle cocktails. Either way, South Congress is where you’re pepperMINT to be this week! Top Austin Experience:

A unique dining experience is being presented poolside by Arlo Grey at LINE Austin. Now through February 28, guests can reserve their own private yurt for up to 8 people. The yurts are each heated and ventilated with their own air purifiers. The cozy evening will be catered with a special menu crafted by Kristen Kish, season 10 winner of Top Chef. Enjoy a wine pairing with each course as well as specialty large-format cocktails. Reservations are available exclusively through Resy, Wednesday–Sunday from 5PM–11PM. The Yurt Village is open Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
