Riverside Arts Market is the perfect destination for the artsy couple who is in to supporting local and likes trying new things. This market is located under the Fuller Warren Bridge on Riverside Avenue and goes on every Saturday. You can sample some food and enjoy the wonderful art with a waterfront view with your date!

Hanna Park is inexpensive and great for all the outdoorsy couples! It’s only $5 per car if you are visiting for the day and $20 a night if you stay for camping. Camping under the stars with some s’mores after a day of hiking or laying on the beach sounds romantic enough for us.

Jacksonville Fishing Pier is another great place for beautiful views to take your loved one. It’s only $1 to enter the pier and there are many ways to make it a memorable date. You could bring some food to have a water-front date, you could fish, or just have a romantic walk.

The Northbank Riverwalk is another place for a beautiful walk with views of the St. John’s River and also a  known place for some big Jax events. After your walk, you can take a water taxi to the Southbank Riverwalk with a view of the Friendship Fountain and the downtown skyline!

Jacksonville Icemen games are a lot of fun and tickets can be as low as $8. Another great date is a Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp game. What’s more fun than a classic game of baseball, eating hot dogs and drinking lemonade?
