1. Hayes Barton Cafe and Dessertery

Hayes Barton Cafe and Dessertery has been setting the standard in Raleigh for almost 25 years. Their specialty has to be cakes. They offer over 30 different types of cakes and pies daily. So get ready to go visit a LOT so you can try all the rotating flavors. We’re a big fan of the hummingbird cake (if you’re looking for something traditional) and the white and dark chocolate layer “patty” cake!

Bittersweet is changing the dessert game. This dessert and gin bar serves up tons of delicious seasonal desserts. Our fave desserts on the fall menu would have to be the s’mores sundae; it’s decadent and chocolatey!
