Bargain-hunters should head right to the lower level, where anything and everything you can find costs just $3. Stay tuned for information about their next “fill a bag sale,” when you can fill a bag with items from the lower level for $35.

Circle Thrift has two locations: one of their thrift stores is in Fishtown, and the other is in south Philadelphia. The store is a project of Circle of Hope, a local church. A wide variety of goods are on offer, including electronics, art, furniture, books, and clothing.  They accept donations, too, so it’s a great place to keep in mind if you’re getting ready to clean out your closet.
