It’s almost Thanksgiving and we’re here with all the deets on what to do to celebrate. Whether you’re looking to run off a few calories before the feast or somewhere to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner, we’ve got you covered. Here are some of our favorite ways to celebrate Thanksgiving in Raleigh!

1. Trophy Turkey Trot
What’s the best way to kick off a day of feasting? Getting the blood pumping! Race around the beautiful Dix Park to the finish line where you’ll be greeted with a medal and a beer from Trophy Brewing on Maywood! And if you aren’t comfortable or able to make it to the park, no worries there’s a virtual option so you can race from wherever you are! Proceeds from the trot will benefit Healing Transitions, an organization that offers recovery oriented services to homeless. and underserved individuals with alcoholism and other drug addictions.
