Riverside Park is a staple here in the Jacksonville area. The amenities include a basketball court, a playground for the young visitors, picnic tables (of course!), bike racks, and great parking. Riverside Park is also on the water. Perfect for a great view while you enjoy a tasty meal! Oh, and don’t forget your furry friends when you come here. They also have a dog park!
After development at the Willowbranch park began in 1916, the dedication to this area has been phenomenal. The city loves this park and it’s ideal for a picnic. Not only does it have picnic tables, but it’s equipped with a basketball court, grills, a playground, and a baseball court. After you enjoy your picnic, maybe walk off those calories at their hiking trail!
Boone Park is a favorite in Riverside! It comes with a plethora of amenities. This one has a tennis court! And the picnic shelters provide a nice and private spot for a picnic. If you have some food you want to throw on the grill, they also provide grills for visitors. The park is pretty accessible, so don’t worry about making your way to the park!
