The story of Grill and Provisions ✍️

Grill and Provisions is a dynamic spinoff of Holy Hog Barbecue. If you’re a fan of Holy Hog’s mouth-watering pulled pork and brisket, you’ll adore Grill and Provisions’ premium barbecue experience!

It is both a grill retail and a brisket restaurant, operating under the name The Brisket Shoppe. They specialize in dishes cooked exclusively on Big Green Egg grills, which you can conveniently purchase in-store.

The Brisket Shoppe

Talk about a hidden gem for meat lovers! Located inside the most amazing grilling shop. Their Texas-style brisket is THE best we’ve tried in years and it’s worth bragging about to our friends out of town. You can’t go wrong with a BBQ sandwich or pulled pork, but the brisket is the star of the show.

Our recommendation: Arrive early to beat the crowd because this place tends to get busy! Grab a seat on the outdoor patio to get the most out of the experience. Don’t forget to save room for dessert. The banana pudding and the mami’s arroz con leche are incredible.

    The BEST bbq in Tampa! You cannot go wrong with anything here. My favorite is the turkey, I’ve never had such juicy and tender turkey in my entire life! Good luck trying to choose between the sides because they are all mouthwatering, I always end up getting multiple, my favs are the beans & coke slaw!
