A Few Tips & Tricks

  • Parking is FREE
  • Lines to purchase tickets night-of at the Box Office can be really long–especially on weekends. We recommend buying your tickets in advanced and going during the week
  • Plan for 45–75 minutes to walk through the lanterns, and you’ll want additional time to stop for treats and watch the performances. The walkthrough is approximately a half-mile
  • This is an outdoor event where you will be walking through the lanterns, make sure to plan accordingly with the weather
  • Pets are NOT allowed

Cameras are highly encouraged at the North Carolina Chinese Lantern Festival! And you’ll definitely want to be snapping pics.
