F45 is one of our favorites simply because all you have to do is show up! Lasting 45 minutes, this HIIT-inspired class requires zero planning, and you will be instructed on what to do every time. Time flies by while you’re breaking a sweat here as you work through a full-body workout and increase your endurance.
Did you know you can burn up to 750 calories per class?! Afterward, head next door to Sparkman Wharf and treat yourself to a fresh smoothie or Acai bowl…or pizza. We won’t judge.

This has to be our newest favorite addition to Channelside. They just opened the doors to their brand new, state-of-the-art facility this month! BODYROK is a megaformer, Pilates-based class for a high intensity but low impact workout. Lasting 40 minutes long, you will sculpt your way to tone and define those muscles.
They offer changing rooms, lockers, and a fresh water station, so your grip socks are all you need to remember! Make sure to try a class the next time you are looking to really feel the burn.

One of our favorite class combos is taking the express 30-minute URIDE with Frank followed by 30 minutes of hot HIIT with Katie! It’s the ultimate full-body workout. If you left your gear at home, don’t worry because they have everything you’ll need from cycle shoes, yoga mats, and bottled water.
Pro-tip: If you’re driving, park in the Port of Tampa Bay Parking garage across the street, and Union Three will validate your parking for two hours!

If you have more of a competitive edge, Orangetheory is the place for you! During the class, your heart rate is tracked, which encourages you to stay in the Orange Zone for most of your workout.
This is the perfect full-body workout class to take with a friend to push yourself a little harder. We suggest starting with the rowers and ending with a bang on the treadmill! At the end, you’ll be able to see your results on the leaderboard and where you placed amongst the class.

Just over the bridge, next to Oxford Exchange, is another one of our favorites–Punch Boxing and Fitness. They offer boxing-inspired, HIIT-style classes that will be sure to break a (lot of) sweat.
Whether it’s your first time or you’re experienced with the one-two punch, the trainers will instruct you on exactly what to do! At your first visit, you’ll be able to purchase your wrap at the desk and borrow a pair of gloves. Don’t worry, the instructors will get your hands all wrapped up to ensure a safe workout! The best part is they’re also on Classpass!
