Your ultimate HHN game plan
Heading to Halloween Horror Nights this year? Here are some solid tips to make the most of the chaos!
- Go on a weeknight if you can, weekends can be a madhouse.
- Get there early (like, gates-open early) to hit popular houses first and avoid long lines. Lines also tend to die down towards the very end of the night.
- Wear comfy shoes—you’ll be walking and possibly running.
- Stay cool with a handheld fan or cooling towel—it’s still Florida heat out there.
- Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to loud noises—some houses are intense.
- Split up the snacks—share food with your group so you can try more without getting too full.
