This award-winning modern Mexican restaurant has one of the best happy hours in downtown Austin. It happens very Wednesday through Saturday from 4PM to 6PM, featuring half-off adult beverages. Say yes to a $7 Watermelon Martini and some chips and queso!

La Condesa also features a colorful, large interior, making it a great spot to hang out with groups. Let’s not forget about their Sunday Brunch Happy Hour from 11AM-3PM. Sip on some top-notch Margaritas to avoid those Sunday Scaries!

The Well

We love stopping at The Well any time of day but happy hour is a favorite!  On Wednesday – Sunday they offer half-off all alcoholic beverages excluding top shelf. The Lovell is our favorite for sure! The Well is redefining healthy eating in Downtown Austin and we are here for it. Each drink is made with fresh and local ingredients. The menu is also fully gluten-free, soy-free, and refined sugar-free.

Maie Day

Walk into the aesthetically pleasing and colorful restaurant on South Congress, Maie Day. We enjoyed literally every single bite and beverage that we tried and guarantee that you will too. The community chophouse now has a happy hour menu available Tuesday through Sunday from 3pm – 5pm. Enjoy $12 cocktails, $2 off of beer and wine by the glass, 1/2 priced bottles of wine, and snacks that are fan favorites.

Higher Ground

We just checked out Higher Ground recently and they definitely have one of the best happy hours in downtown Austin. Happy Hour is between 4pm – 7pm on Tuesday through Friday! During this time they have $4 beers and $7 well drinks. They also offer $10 classics and half off of snacks and bottles of wine.

They also do $1 oysters on Tuesday evenings and $5 burgers on Wednesdays!

Everyone needs a go-to sushi spot, especially when happy hour is involved! RA Sushi is a snazzy Japanese chain with inventive sushi and innovative cocktails.
