Deck the Chairs

Everyone’s favorite light spectacular is back again for another year! This award-winning holiday spectacular is one of the best holiday events in Jacksonville for friends, families and everyone in between! Deck the Chairs will feature over two dozen fully ‘decked-out’ lifeguard chairs decorated with thousands of bright lights, festive music, children’s programs, and more.

Opening night is November 23rd, 2022 but these chairs will be glowing for a wonderful six weeks. The entire experience is completely free and a perfect spot to take an eflie (holiday selfie)!

Miracle Pop-Up Bar

There is nothing like drinking holiday cheer out of a festive cup. Get excited because we get to sip and sleigh all season long because Miracle Pop-Up Bar is back!

Miracle Pop-Up is a Christmas cocktail-themed pop-up bar that “pops up” in different cities around the country for a spectacular holiday experience. This year, Miracle is popping up at two locations, Grape & Grain Exchange in San Marco and Forgotten Tonic in St, Augustine, so you have multiple chances to enjoy their festive libations!

Christmas Candlelight Tour at Villa Zorayda

If you’re in search of extraordinary holiday events in Jacksonville, it’s time to attend the Villa Zorayda Museums 13th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Tour!  Adorned with red and gold and located in the Court of Lions, the centerpiece of the entire display is their grand Christmas tree, which reaches high into the vaulted ceilings. Shall we say, the museum’s decorations are always treemendous?

Traditional Victorian decorations can be seen in every single room of the Museum, as well as, nearly 100 candles to create intimacy.

Visitors are encouraged to stay for the grand lighting of the tree where they may, “delight in the beauty of Christmas as the Museum goes dark and the dramatic Lighting of the Christmas Tree begins with each floor in the Museum gradually coming back to light.”

Historic Springfield's Annual Holiday Bicycle Ride

Grab your bike and join in on one a beloved holiday tradition, the Annual Holiday Bicycle Ride in Historic Springfield! Peddle alongside over 300 Springfield neighbors and friends on this festive ride that takes you through the Historic District. Enjoy the lights and take in the sights of the beautifully decorated town for the holidays. Kids are welcome and bike decorations as well as holiday costumes are encouraged! But that’s not all…after the ride, you can enjoy music and drinks. This is one of our favorite holiday events in Jacksonville – see you there!
