Nothing says the holiday season better than a big light display. Something about thousands of twinkling lights just puts us right in the holiday spirit! Thankfully Orlando is home to some amazing displays that are perfect for date night, a night out with the fam, squad night out, really any occasion!

Night of a Million Lights

Join Give Kids the World Village in their annual event Night of a Million Lights in its new location! This year immerse yourself in millions of dazzling holiday lights and festive activities around Island H2O Water Park. This walk through display is one of the most popular events in central Florida and this year’s celebration is bigger and better than ever. While the water park itself may not be open, there are tons of family-friendly events to keep the fun going all night long. Enjoy a children’s zone, tons of live entertainment, dueling pianos, a strolling a cappella group, meet with Santa, and join in on the dance party with DJ Jack Frost!

The event benefits Give Kids the World Village, a nonprofit resort that provides critically ill children and their families from around the world with magical week-long vacations at no cost.

Stroll through the beautiful Harry P Leu Gardens where you’ll experience millions of bright holiday lights bringing the gardens to life! Enjoy the new, redesigned show featuring a giant snow donee with swirling snow, a 70′ long candy cane vortex light tunnel, a walk through forest with giant, neon flowers and more! Plus enjoy the brand new laser light show with live singers. This event is perfect for hanging out with friends, date night, or a night out with the family. And speaking of the family, for the little ones there’s a giant, inflatable play area that lets you slide down a chimney chute just like Santa!

Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll

Stroll through Disney Springs to check out the themed Christmas trees! Enjoy 20 beautifully decorated themed Christmas trees decorated with holiday lights scattered around the shopping district. Each tree is unique and shouldn’t be missed! Be sure to grab a stroll map so that you hit up each tree. And of course you can always stop along the way for a quick bite or to check off an item or two from your holiday shopping list!

Gaylord Palms is the place to be this holiday season! With so many different events, holiday lights, and displays there’s no shortage of things to do here.

Take in the beauty of the Gaylord’s acres of decorations including a 60 foot Christmas tree! At night, this resort really shines. ICE! the hotels signature holiday experience is back this year! The iconic experience will feature a classic holiday story, Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas, in over 2 million pounds of colorful ice. And speaking of ice, the resort has ice tubing! Choose from two courses, a thrilling plummet slide or a hilly ice coaster, to slide down to enjoy some winter fun right in the heart of central Florida!

This event, in its 13th year, has received national attention—you may have seen this display on The Great Christmas Light Fight! Who doesn’t love lights synchronized to some of our fave holiday hits? This family run Christmas display is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.
