Lake Travis is GORGEOUS, and no matter what time of year your bachelorette weekend in Austin is, getting out on the water is always a good idea. There are several boat rental companies that will take you out for the day and provide a captain, so you can celebrate responsibly. We recommend booking a boat well in advance, because this is a very popular activity and you don’t want to miss out!

2. Bar Hop on Rainey Street

This historic neighborhood has one of our absolute favorite vibes in Austin. The great news is that you don’t have to limit your options when you head to Rainey Street, there are so many bars and restaurants to choose from! Start at one end and stroll down the street and wander in and out of wherever calls to you. Some of our favorites include:
