You can find this mural is on the northwest wall of the Florida Christian Apartments, and it is huge! The mural is made out of beautiful pastels, like lilac and rose, but also has more vibrant colors like aqua and orange! The mural itself is a gorgeous lotus flower! It looks like the image is reflected upon itself to take up the entire expanse of the wall.

And it most certainly does look cool on Instagram! Colorful digits in a rainbow of hues cover the wall to create the perfect backdrop for any photo. When looking for this mural, keep in mind that it’s the wall right next to Sunrise Discount Beverage, which might be an easier target for your GPS!

The Walrus
Some of the grooviest murals in Murray Hill can be found in the Walrus, a vegan restaurant known for their fresh and boozy smoothies and juices! The artwork features the 70s’ inspired colors like bright oranges and purples, and also psychedelic black and white swirls. It even features a ~far out~ piece of the Beatles, too! For these pictures, you can grab a drink in one of their cute glasses and pose in front of the murals, or snap a few shots while lounging on their red velvet couches!

Jellyfish Mural by Meredith Sullivan
You can find this mural right next to the “Bloom Where You are Planted” mural on the east-facing wall of the J&W Discounts building. It features several beautiful jellyfish species painted in a vibrant rainbow of colors against a dark blue backdrop resembling the ocean. This mural is especially cool because it was designed by Meredith Sullivan, who at the time of the mural’s creation. Was a student at UNF pursuing a degree in Fine Arts!

The entire outside of The Archetype, a live music venue and bar, is covered with this obscure but enchanting mural! It appears to be a kind of dark fantasy realm with vibrant neon greens, oranges, and aquas interwoven in the piece! In the mural, you can find glowing mushrooms and oozing trees. It’s definitely something straight out of a gothic fairytale. This mural is a must-visit because of its seriously cool vibe!
