Navigating the Jacksonville Airport
Check out the Jacksonville Airport map for parking, shopping and eatery info.

The Jacksonville Airport is very easy to navigate. Arrivals and departures are on separate floors, marked clearly with signage around the airport. Most shops and restaurants can be found before security in the sky-lit atrium, home to art galleries and installations from local artists, a help desk to assist with any questions you may have, and occasionally, live musicians and pet therapy dogs to help easy any pre-flight jitters.
Once you pass security, there are two concourses – Concourse A and Concourse C, each with 10 gates, making this airport very easy to navigate. TSA is usually a fast & swift experience at the Jacksonville Airport, and usually you can make it from check-in to gate within 30-60 minutes. Plan ahead – you never know when security might be backed up!

Car Rentals – Jacksonville is a large city, so if you’re going to be traveling from one location to another during your time in Jax, a rental car is going to be your best bet. The Jacksonville Airport has several car rental providers so you can find the rental car that will best suit your needs. I recommend booking in advance so you don’t risk not having a vehicle! You can find more information about car rentals by visiting the Jacksonville Airport website.
Uber and Lyft – Rideshares are one of the most used ways to travel to and from airports, and the Jacksonville Airport is no different than the rest. Uber and Lyft can both make drop-offs/pick-ups at the terminal curbside – be safe and confirm you are getting into the correct vehicle!
zTrip – zTrip provides on-demand cab service/rides. You can book your next zTrip through their app on your phone or by calling (904) 222-2222.
