Hat Creek Burger

The north side of the Domain has no shortage of bars and restaurants. Rock Rose Avenue is known for its assortment of patio options. At the end of the block, kids can find a quint playground heaven that also sells burgers! Hat Creek Burger company is known for its burgers, hearty bowls, chicken strip baskets, and the cool outdoor playground. Take the whole family to this kid-friend spot in the Domain and enjoy a burger, brew, or milkshake!

Aviator Pizza & Drafthouse

Just outside of the Domain center is a chill spot on the north end to casually grab a pint and pie. Aviator Pizza & Drafthouse is home to tons of classic Italian pub food. Feast on a variety of homemade pizza for every diet, salads, Caprese sandwiches, calzones, and Italian grinder sandwiches. Kids will love it and so will the parents! There’s even a playground outside for kiddos to monkey around on.

The Brass Tap

When you’re looking for a great selection of beer, The Brass Tap is your Domain destination. Situated right outside the taproom and Cranky Granny’s Cinnamon Roll shop is a funky little playground with frog statues and a little slide. Kids will love it when you come to visit Brass Tap for lunch or dinner and enjoy a little playtime of their own.

You can always count on Starbucks to be nearby! There are a few Starbucks in the Domain and most offer patio seating with a welcoming grassy area. One particular Starbucks coffee shop is situated nearby Domain Central Park, an expansive grassy knoll perfect for kids to run around in!

On a hot summer’s day or even warmer spring months, it’s refreshing to sip on a juicy smoothie! Juiceland has tons of locations in Austin, but one of our kid-friendly favorites is right in the Domain. Grab a smoothie and some snacks from the nearby to-go window and you can find a large grassy area for kids to play in!

This expansive park is a gorgeous oasis in the middle of the Domain shopping center! Take a break from shopping and enjoy a picnic in the grassy area of Domain Central Park. Dogs love running around and these kiddos will get all their grooves out by running around this park! Take some games or grab some Shake Shack and make an afternoon of fun in the sun.
