El Mercado is not only known for their food and happy hour, but they also have live music and a playground. Enjoy some margs in the sun as your lil ones get to run around for a bit. Tapped as the “happiest burger joint in Texas,” Phil’s is truly a happy place for the kiddos. Not only do they have burgers and fries (chow down yell), but their playground patio is huge.
