There’s something for every ghoul and goblin on this list, whether you like to be scared or you’re looking for something a little more family-friendly. So let’s get spooky this season with some of our favorite upcoming Halloween events in Central Florida!

The Haunted Road is back in Orlando, and we are READY to get behind the wheel! One of the last haunted roads in Central Florida is now a seasonal drive-thru experience.

The Haunted Road is an entirely contactless Halloween adventure filled with paranormal phenomena and eerie experiences. The experience is priced per person, but The Barnyard upgrade at the end is per vehicle. Spirits may lure unsuspecting travelers to join them on the Haunted Road.

Welcome to Spooky Empire, the dark side of Comic-Con, coming to the Hyatt Regency Orlando this October! This Ultimate Horror Event is one of the nation’s largest horror conventions. Mingle with some of your favorite scary characters, buy collector’s items, partake in zombie walks, watch tattoo artists, and more!

Come experience rock and roll, horror, Halloween, film festivals, and tattoo sessions at this monstrous (literally) weekend event!

Experience three all-new scare trails at the 14th annual Petrified Forest in Altamonte Springs! Travel down long trails with uniquely themed rooms and mega scares around every turn. For those keen to dive a little deeper into the forest, there‘ll be live music, food concessions, and backstage tours.

A Petrified Pass starts at $29.50 for access to all three trails, or you can add a backstage tour for just $15. Check their ticket page for more information on kids’ night, special needs night, and other scare packages.

Halloween Horror Nights are officially back, so you know where to find us this spooky season! And with every year, the antics seem only to get scarier. In its 30-YEAR debut, you can expect terrifying haunted houses, sinister scare zones, outrageous live entertainment, and some of the park’s most thrilling attractions.

Tickets start at $70.99, but hurry fast because they’re selling out quickly! You don’t want to miss Orlando’s must-do Halloween event.

Come out to Gatorland this October to experience Gators, Ghosts, and Goblins in the gator capital of the world! For the third year in a row, you can experience this family-friendly event featuring multiple-themed haunt zones, interactive characters, animal meet and greets, and the Children’s Halloween Parade.

Also, this October at Gatorland, you can experience the Swamp Ghosts Monster Museum, Ooky Kooky Octoberfest, and the Crocs and the Cryptics Zone.

Come on out to the Audubon Park Garden District for the Night Market at Zombietoberfest! Discover local Orlando vendors selling spooky merchandise and delicious eats on October 16th from 5pm-10pm.

Come out to Old Town this October to experience October Family Movie Nights! Located in Kissimmee, Old Town is hosting family-friendly and Halloween classic movies every Sunday night on the big screen under the stars.

This month, you can watch the Addams Family on Oct. 3rd, Nightmare Before Christmas on the 10th, Beetlejuice on the 17th, Casper on the 24th, and Hocus Pocus on Halloween night.!Movies are played by the ferris wheel, and don’t forget your blanket and chairs!

Bring your kids down to Promenade at Sunset Walk at the Margaritaville Resort to enjoy the Trunk or Treat Car Show! This free event includes over two dozen candy vendors, car and truck shows, live music, street performers, and more!

Since last year was such a hit, the Promenade at Sunset Walk wanted to bring it back this year with even more candy—and more spooky spirits! Participating show cars and trucks can also compete for the best Halloween-themed decorations.
