Spots for some Grub:

The Omelettry
Many say that breakfast is the most important part of the day and we totally agree, which is why we’d start our day at The Omelettry. It’s been a true staple for Austinites since January 20, 1978. At this mom-and-pop shop, the menu stays the same, so you can always expect the same delicious flavors. We love that it’s breakfast all day, in case you’re not an early bird because the Burnet Road Benedict is just as great in the afternoon!
Would you rather enjoy some breakfast in bed? Make sure to place your order through the app or over the phone!
Mon – Sun | 7:00am–3:00pm

The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen
The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen is always a great date idea for lunch or dinner. This local spot conveniently has 4 locations which makes it easier for you to plan a visit and stay a while. From samplers like the Cheese & Charcuterie Board to their Meat Lovers specialty pizza, you’ll love it all!
This Summer we’re all about catching feelings and flights, which is why the Wine Flights are perfect! Peep their extensive wine menu. We’ve got our eyes on Flight Six, “red red wine, you make me feel…”
📍Multiple Locations:

Fonda San Miguel
Fonda San Miguel has been “cooking with passion since 1975.” Not only can you expect exceptional food but the aesthetics are just as amazing. Here you can enjoy authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine for a nice dinner date. Indulge in some Enchiladas Verdes, Tres Leches Cake for dessert, and sip on a Pepino Pica margarita!
Looking to have a quick bite after work? Did someone say half-price Quesadillas and Tacos Al Pastor? Make sure to take advantage of Happy Hour happening Monday through Thursday from 5-7!

The Picnic - Food Truck Park
In case you’re looking to have some casual bites and skip being fancy, then you’ve got to make your way to The Picnic. Austin’s original food truck park was created to celebrate local businesses and it’s perfect if you’re getting a craving for different things. It’s options galore when it comes to the food. Ellsworth Kelly’s Austin at Blanton Museum of Art
Looking to stay out of the Texas heat? Explore the Blanton Museum of Art and enjoy pieces made specifically for our city. The Austin building was made just for us thanks to Ellsworth Kelly. It’s beautiful to observe in person and it’s just as colorful as our Live Music Capital of the World.

Antone's
As mentioned before, Austin is known as The Live Music Capital of the World which is why it’s always a great Date Idea. Antone’s has been around town since 1975 and has hosted many greats like Willie Nelson, Ray Charles, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The ICONIC blues venue is also home to Big Henry’s Vinyl & Gifts. Enjoy a Tuna Po Boy, shop around, and enjoy a great show.

Walden Retreat
Interested in getting away for a bit instead? Although Walden Retreats is technically not in Austin, we thought this would be a great opportunity to let you in on a little secret! The hour drive to Johnson City gives you the chance to connect, bond, and enjoy the scenery. Once you’re there enjoy the fresh air and relaxation. Read a book, indulge in sweet treats and wine, and connect with one another.
Just Becasue:

Always A Great Idea
Just because flowers are always a great idea in our opinion. They’re a gorgeous way to treat yourself, your partner, or even your friends! Plus, if you’re planning a romantic date with a special someone, getting them flowers shows you’ve put thought behind it. These are a few of our faves that made it into our local love list!
