And please don’t forget to visit the breweries’ websites before visiting to check out their reopening guidelines and protocols.
East Nashville Beer Works has one of our favorite outdoor seating areas in Nashville. It feels like a comfortable backyard party where you can hang out with family, friends, and your dogs! The indoor taproom has a cool, industrial vibe and there’s always something unique on tap. The variety is huge, so every type of beer lover will be able to find their new favorite here.
As soon as you settle on what to drink, definitely grab some pizza! You can get an individual pie and choose from classic toppings or go for a signature selection, like Sriracha Chicken or the Perfect Pig. You’ll quickly feel right at home at this East Nashville taproom.
TailGate has three different locations, and each one has a totally different vibe. They all serve great food and beer, but the atmosphere of each taproom has its own personality. But where can you catch us most often? The OG headquarters in West Nashville.
The 7-acre property has a beautiful outdoor landscape that is perfect for summer relaxation. Picnic tables are spread throughout the hillside, setting you up for perfect sunset views. There’s also two full indoor facilities that are perfect for taking a break from the heat.
If you’re not a big beer fan, the Music Row location is home to the first craft cidery in Nashville! Oh, and no matter which taproom you visit, you better not leave without having the Taco Pizza.
Tennessee Brew Works is one of the Nashville breweries that is committed to capturing the heart of Tennessee in everything they brew. The beers are full of flavor and can satisfy anyone looking for a no-nonsense cold one.
Their food selection goes beyond your basic bar snacks and pizza. The menu was thoughtfully crafted and created with TBW beers. The Five Beer Burger is an unbeatable hearty accomplice to a ‘Hippies & Cowboys’ or a ‘Cutaway Rye IPA.’
And be sure to bring along your best friend! The patio is dog-friendly (as all great patios should be!)
The Hopyard at Fat Bottom Brewing is another prime location to enjoy beautiful weather and craft brews. Grab a seat in the Bier Garden and enjoy a bite to eat… we recommend the beer mac with grilled chicken! This relaxed environment will allow you to unwind after a long day at work (either at the office or at home) and is nestled in one of our favorite neighborhoods, The Nations.
If you like what you see, and have an upcoming private event, Fat Bottom offers a beautiful event space called The Reserve. It’s the perfect contemporary backdrop to host an occasion.
This Germantown brewery has an eclectic feel with a really cool crowd. The artistic vibe draws in patrons that are always searching for the perfect craft brew. There is limited seating indoors but the outside patio has plenty of community style picnic tables that are ideal for mingling.
Weekday happy hours offer $3 IPA’s… that’s a deal you’d be hard pressed to beat. If you’re not an IPA drinker, we recommend the Pep Talk for something light and easy. They don’t have a food menu, but you’re welcome to bring your own! With so many yummy Germantown restaurants serving carryout, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding the perfect snacks to accompany your boozy refreshments.
You can feel the love at New Heights Brewing, one of the family-owned breweries in Nashville. It’s a smaller brewery that pours passion into every pint. The Coffee & Cream Ale will blow your mind! They even offer brewery tours to give you a behind-the-scenes look into how their beers are crafted.
They serve slices from 312 Pizza and have a popcorn machine for your snacking pleasure! This tasting room is located just outside of Downtown, so if you need a break to relax and enjoy a beer outside of the crowds, this is the perfect place.
