Are you ready for all of the Labor Day Weekend Festivities? There are so many exciting things to do in Nashville this weekend like Music City Market on the Green, Water Lantern Festival, and so much more! We have the best events compiled into one list just for you. Grab your friends and family because no one wants to miss out on all of the fun! 

Come out for a special summer market experience on the Green at JW Marriott Nashville this Saturday! The event is FREE and you get to shop from over 20 women artisans represented by the Nashville Women’s Collective, who will be selling items like vintage clothing, home goods, jewelry, and so much more! There will be music, and plenty of food and drinks to purchase.

Here’s a family-friendly event that everyone will be able to enjoy, especially if you want to feel like you’re in Tangled! The Water Lantern Festival is full of fun, happiness, and memories. Come out and meet people to come together for the full experience of this event. As the soft lights reflect on the water, you also get to enjoy great food trucks and music throughout the festival.

If Classic Cars are your thing, then is the perfect Labor Day Weekend Event for you! Stroll around and take a look at Classic Cars like a 1927 Rolls-Royce Phantom I, a 1934 Packard Super Eight Victoria, a 1947 Chrysler Town & Country, and many others from the early to mid-twentieth century. 

For more entertainment, there will be a barbershop quartet, many drink options from the bar stations, and of course great Nashville local food trucks giving a little bit for everyone. Be sure to reserve your tickets now, because that has to be done in advance.

You probably have heard of Musicians Corner, the annual outdoor music festival. September Sun Down is the fall version of Musicians Corner! This event series will be taking place on Thursdays and Fridays in September all month long. This is the perfect event to go to with everyone, because on top of the music, there are also local artists, food trucks, Kidsville, and more! Check out the music calendar here.

New Business Spotlight

The Authentique Wine Bar just opened up on August 24 in East Nashville. This wine bar sells wines by the bottle and by the glass of course and there are a few food items on the menu, including charcuterie. This new business is owned by Mevil Arnt, the owner of Once Upon a Time in France, which is just across the street. Be sure to try it out soon!
