Moody Center

The new Moody Center that just opened at the end of April is truly amazing and a sight for sore eyes. The venue sits over 15,000 people and is in the heart of downtown Austin on the UT campus. It’s also the new home for the women’s and men’s basketball teams. You won’t want to miss any concert going on at the center, and we’re sure the venue will become a favorite among many Austinites. It’s also important to not overlook the impeccable concessions, bars, and sitting/dining areas.

Stubb’s Bar-B-Q

Stubb’s doubles as a BBQ joint and one of the most iconic music venues in Austin! Located in the heart of Red River District, this spot features lots of big-name artists in its outdoor amphitheater. Be sure to buy tickets well in advance because they tend to sell out quickly!

ACL Live

This iconic spot hosts about 100 concerts per year and has a capacity of 2,500, making it an intimate, but still rocking environment to see a show! Plus, ACL Live Moody has the “longest-running music series in American television history.” It’s definitely a must-visit for music lovers, especially since it’s located on Willie Nelson Blvd!

Historic Scoot Inn
