We’re less than a week away from the official start of Fall, and we’re so excited to start rolling out the Festivities all season long! From celebrating at Nashville Pride Festival, the start of Cheekwood Harvest, and tasting at East Nashville Beer Festival, this weekend is full of so much fun for everyone!

Events in Nashville This Weekend

This Saturday and Sunday, Bridgestone presents the 32nd annual Nashville Pride Festival! This exciting event will take place at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park in Germantown and is open to people of all ages. The festival will have food trucks, tons of vendors, live entertainment of course, and an area for the kids. The Pride Parade will start at 10:00 am on Saturday, beginning at 2nd Avenue and Union Street which will be so much fun!ย 

PSA: Everyone attending the festival must present either proof of their COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to Saturday. The Festival also encourages everyone to wear a mask, which will be available at the entry gate for free. Please see details here.

2. Cheekwood Harvest

Ready for the Fall Festivities to begin? So are we! It’s time to kick things off for the season with Cheekwood Harvest at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens THIS Saturday! When you go, you will get to enjoy a Pumpkin House, Pumpkin Patch, plenty of activities for everyone, and great photo opportunities.

Looking for something pet-friendly? On select Wednesdays, you can bring your furry friends with you for Dog Nights of Harvest throughout the Fall. Cheekwood Harvest will be going on all the way through October 31, so if you can’t make the opening day, no worries, there’s plenty of time to make it there.ย

3. East Nashville Beer Festival

The Annual East Nashville Beer Festival is back, and we couldn’t be more excited to see it return! The Festival will include many local and regional breweries, live music, and food trucks. There are two ticket options being General Admission for $65 and a Designated Driver ticket option for just $25. What all comes with the General Admission ticket? You receive entry, a tasting cup, unlimited samples of all of the beers, drinking water of course, and live entertainment. Anyone who purchases a DD ticket will receive a $10 food voucher, so there’s a plus for everyone!

This weekend we’re running for a local cause. The Hustle for the House 5K & Fun Run benefits the Ronald McDonald House of Nashville and will start and finish at RMHC, as it goes through the Hillsboro West End neighborhood. Due to COIVD-19, the race is even offering a virtual experience so you can participate from anywhere! Dogs are welcome too, just be sure to register them as well. The theme this year is Disco if you are in the groove to go all out and dress up.ย

5. The Jonas Brothers

We’re burnin’ up because the Jonas Brothers are in our town THIS weekend! Right here in Franklin, TN, the Jonas Brothers will be performing during The Remember This tour at First Bank Amphitheater, and their special guest is Kelsea Ballerini! This is a concert you can not miss, so go ahead and grab your tickets before they sell out!ย

National Cheeseburger Day is coming up this Saturday, September 18, and Hopdoddy is the perfect place to celebrate! Available only this day, Hopdoddy is offering the Cheese Louise โ€“ a delicious burger made with one beef patty filled with swiss cheese, topped with everything bagel cream cheese, shaved red onions, and mayo on a jalapeno cheddar bun. To quench your thirst from this hearty meal, enjoy a frosty brew, Doble Fina margarita, or the many other great boozy drinks. The burger will be available as supplies last.ย 

BONUS POP-UP EVENT

MoveFit at Fifth + Broadway!

Get excited, because MoveFit is this weekend, and it’s the first-ever fitness event to be held at Fifth + Broadway! MoveFit is a strong, athletic dance format created by Dani D. Fitness LLC. This is meant for anybody, and will be a super fun workout! This event should push you out of your comfort zone, be fun, and make you feel good as you start your weekend. P.S. these pop-up events tend to have free goodies and giveaways, so you won’t want to miss out!
